اَللهُمَّ اِنَّا نَسْئَلُكَ سَلاَمَةً فِى الدِّيْنِ وَعَافِيَةً فِى الْجَسَدِ وَزِيَادَةً فِى الْعِلْمِ وَبَرَكَةً فِى الرِّزْقِ وَتَوْبَةً قَبْلَ الْمَوْتِ وَرَحْمَةً عِنْدَ الْمَوْتِ وَمَغْفِرَةً بَعْدَ الْمَوْتِ. اَللهُمَّ هَوِّنْ عَلَيْنَا فِىْ سَكَرَاتِ الْمَوْتِ وَالنَّجَاةَ مِنَ النَّارِ وَالْعَفْوَ عِنْدَ الْحِسَابِ
Latin Transliteration
Allahumma innā nas’aluka salāmatan fid-dīn, wa ‘āfiyatan fil-jasad, wa ziyādatan fil-‘ilm, wa barakatan fir-rizq, wa taubatan qablal-maut, wa raḥmatan ‘indal-maut, wa maghfiratan ba‘dal-maut. Allahumma hawwin ‘alainā fī sakarātil-maut, wan-najāta minan-nār, wal-‘afwa ‘indal-ḥisāb.
Meaning
“O Allah, we ask You for safety in religion, health in the body, an increase in knowledge, blessings in sustenance, repentance before death, mercy at the time of death, and forgiveness after death. O Allah, make it easy for us during the agonies of death, save us from the fire of Hell, and grant us pardon at the time of reckoning.”

Arabic Text
اللّٰهُمَّ إِنَّا نَسْأَلُكَ زِيَادَةً فِي الْإِيْمَانِ، وَبَرَكَةً فِي الْعُمْرِ، وَصِحَّةً فِي الْجَسَدِ، وَسَعَةً فِي الرِّزْقِ، وَتَوْبَةً قَبْلَ الْمَوْتِ، وَشَهَادَةً عِنْدَ الْمَوْتِ، وَمَغْفِرَةً بَعْدَ الْمَوْتِ، وَعَفْوًا عِنْدَ الْحِسَابِ، وَأَمَانًا مِنَ الْعَذَابِ، وَنَصِيْبًا مِنَ الْجَنَّةِ، وَارْزُقْنَا النَّظَرَ إِلَى وَجْهِكَ الْكَرِيْمِ، يَا رَبَّ الْعَالَمِيْنَ. اللّٰهُمَّ صَلِّ وَسَلِّمْ وَبَارِكْ عَلَى سَيِّدِنَا مُحَمَّدٍ وَعَلَى آلِهِ وَأَصْحَابِهِ أَجْمَعِيْنَ. رَبَّنَا عَلَيْكَ تَوَكَّلْنَا وَإِلَيْكَ أَنَبْنَا وَإِلَيْكَ الْمَصِيْرُ.
Latin Transliteration
Allahumma innā nas’aluka ziyādatan fil-īmān, wa barakatan fil-‘umr, wa ṣiḥḥatan fil-jasad, wa sa‘atan fir-rizq, wa taubatan qablal-maut, wa syahādatan ‘indal-maut, wa maghfiratan ba‘dal-maut, wa ‘afwan ‘indal-ḥisāb, wa amānan minal-‘adzāb, wa naṣīban minal-jannah, warzuqnān-naẓara ilā wajhikal-karīm yā Rabbal-‘ālamīn. Allāhumma ṣalli wa sallim wa bārik ‘alā sayyidinā Muḥammad wa ‘alā ālihi wa aṣḥābihi ajma‘īn. Rabbana ‘alaika tawakkalnā wa ilaika anabnā wa ilaikal-maṣīr.
