www.jejaknesia.com - On August 4, 2025, through an Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS), PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk officially appointed Riduan as the new President Director, replacing Darmawan Junaidi, who had served since 2020.

According to Bank Mandiri’s Corporate Secretary, M. Ashidiq Iswara, this change is part of a long-term strategy to strengthen the organizational structure, enhance cross-functional synergy, and accelerate strategic decision-making to support business transformation and promote a people-based economy.
