Seizure of Officials’ and Celebrities’ Homes in Jakarta Becomes a Social Warning

Shocking mass seizures hit officials and celebrities' homes in Jakarta, August 2025.

www.jejaknesia.com -  Jakarta at the end of August 2025 was hit by an unusual wave of tension. The homes of officials and celebrities, which usually symbolize calm and privacy, suddenly became the focus of public anger. The normally ordinary atmosphere turned tense as crowds moved to raid, vandalize, and seize properties. These scenes seemed to have come out of the pages of a crime novel, yet they were real before the eyes of the citizens. A major question arose: what triggered the public's anger to the point of extreme actions?

In this report, we trace the chronology of the seizures systematically, from Ahmad Sahroni's house to Nafa Urbach's, presenting facts, context, and in-depth perspectives to understand the phenomenon that has shaken the capital to this day.
